What we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, reserve a unit, book a rental, place an order, or apply for financing, we collect the information you give us — such as your name, phone number, email, mailing address, and details about the unit or service you're interested in. We also collect basic technical data (pages viewed, referring site) to operate and improve our website.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your requests, process sales/rentals/service, send you transactional updates (by phone, text, or email), keep records required by law, and — only if you opt in — send occasional offers. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & ad attribution

Our website stores a small first-party cookie that records how you arrived (the page you landed on, the referring site, and marketing tags such as utm_source, gclid, or fbclid) so that, if you later contact us, we can understand which ad or channel brought you. This attribution cookie lasts about 60 days. We use only essential and basic-analytics cookies; we do not use this data to build cross-site advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed: payment processors (such as Stripe or Square) to take deposits and payments, messaging providers (such as Twilio) to text you, email providers to email you, and our hosting/infrastructure provider to run the site. These providers process your information on our behalf. We also share information with lenders you ask us to work with, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements. As a general guide: sales and financial records are kept as required by law (often several years); leads and inquiries are reviewed periodically and purged when no longer needed; and sensitive rental documents (photo ID, insurance card) are deleted after the rental is complete and the retention need has passed.

Text messages

If you provide your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your request, your purchase, or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and opt back in by replying START. Opting out of texts does not affect your purchase or service.

Financing information (GLBA)

If you apply for financing or we refer you to a lender, the information you provide is used only to evaluate and process your request and is shared only with the lender(s) and parties necessary to do so. We do not collect Social Security numbers or bank account numbers through this website's financing request form. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you share with us, consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Safeguards Rule. We do not share your financing information with non-affiliated third parties except as needed to process your request or as required by law.

How we protect it

Access to your information is limited to staff who need it to serve you. Sensitive documents you provide (such as a photo ID or insurance card for a rental) are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, and to opt out of marketing and of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising).
